At Marshall Recruitment, we are continually seeking experienced, reliable Electricians for both maintenance and site-based roles across Cambridge, Peterborough, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, and Ipswich.

If you are a qualified Electrician with a valid ECS card and have a minimum of 3 years’ on-site experience, we would like to hear from you.

We work with a wide range of established clients and consistently supply skilled electrical trades across a variety of environments, including planned and reactive maintenance contracts, as well as large and small-scale refurbishments, new build developments, and works within the commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.

Due to ongoing demand, we are always looking to connect with hardworking, competent electricians who take pride in their work and can represent Marshall Recruitment to a high standard.

You must be confident working independently or as part of a team, delivering high-quality electrical installation, fault finding, maintenance, testing, and inspection across varied site and maintenance environments.

We offer consistent, ongoing work with reputable contractors across the region, with weekly CIS payments.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid ECS Card
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• Minimum 3 years’ electrical experience (site and/or maintenance)
• AM2 (preferred)
• Experience in both installation and maintenance work (desirable)
• Own tools and testing equipment (where required)
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
