We have an opportunities for experienced Estimators to join a busy regional contractors with offices in Cambridge, and Ipswich. This is a full time position for an individual with previous estimating experience in the Construction Industry.

Key Duties include:

• To acknowledge receipt of tenders and carry out necessary analysis to forward on to relevant contractors for pricing.
• To attend site visits with contractors and ensure timely return of contractor prices.
• Analyse subcontractor prices to remain competitive.
• Support Contract Managers with pricing requirements.
• Assist with placing of sub contract orders.
• Assist with compilation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals at completion of contracts.

General hours of work are :

1. 7.30-1600 Monday to Friday
2. 28 Days Holiday to start.
3. Pension
4. Private healthcare.
