Are you a skilled Handyman or confident DIY’er looking for a rewarding role in a well-established construction environment?
Marshall Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected, bespoke residential builder, specialising in small cluster developments across East Anglia. We’re currently seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Handyman / Multi-Trader to join their team and carry out snagging and finishing works across Suffolk, Norfolk, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

• General snagging and finishing work on new build residential sites

• Basic carpentry, painting, tiling, sealant application, and minor repairs

• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and cleanliness

• Working across multiple sites independently with support from office-based coordinators

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in general property maintenance or construction trades

• Confident with DIY and small repair tasks

• Strong attention to detail and pride in completing high-quality work

• Full UK driving licence required

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: From £35,100 to £37,440 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Holiday: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
