Plumbers & Heating Engineers – Maintenance & Site-Based Opportunities Across East Anglia

At Marshall Recruitment, we are continually seeking experienced, reliable Plumbers and Heating Engineers for both maintenance and site-based roles across Cambridge, Peterborough, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, and Ipswich.

If you are a qualified Plumber or Heating Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ on-site experience, we would like to hear from you.

We work with a wide range of established clients and consistently supply skilled trades across a variety of projects, including planned and reactive maintenance contracts, as well as large and small-scale refurbishments, new build developments, and works within the commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.

Due to ongoing demand, we are always looking to connect with hardworking, competent tradespeople who take pride in their work and can represent Marshall Recruitment to a high standard.

You must be confident working independently or as part of a team, delivering high-quality plumbing and heating installations, maintenance, fault finding, and repair work across varied environments.

We offer consistent, ongoing work with reputable contractors across the region, with weekly CIS payments.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
• Valid CSCS or JIB/Skill Card (where applicable)
• Minimum 3 years’ plumbing/heating experience (site and/or maintenance)
• Gas Safe Registration (for heating engineers – essential where gas work is carried out)
• Own tools relevant to role
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Ability to read drawings and work to specifications
• Experience in both installation and maintenance work (desirable)
