The Opportunity

This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not a box-ticking QS position.

You’ll:

• Lead commercial strategy and financial control across varied construction projects

• Work directly with directors, project teams and clients — your input genuinely shapes decisions

• Influence procurement, contract strategy and risk management

• Take ownership of commercial outcomes from start to finish

About You

• Proven QS experience within construction (Senior / PQS level ideal)
• Strong commercial and contractual confidence (JCT, NEC or similar)
• Client-focused, proactive and commercially sharp
• MRICS (or working towards) highly desirable
