At Marshall Recruitment, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our network of professionals working across Cambridge and Ipswich.

If you have strong commercial experience within construction and a proven track record managing projects from inception through to final account, we would like to hear from you.

We work with established contractors across the region, delivering opportunities across residential, commercial, refurbishment, and new build sectors.

You will be confident managing cost control, valuations, subcontractor accounts, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and commercially sound.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong background in main contractor or subcontractor environments
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
