The Role:
They are now seeking a Site Manager to join their team on an exciting CAT B commercial fit-out project in Ipswich. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.

• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Work closely with the project manager, architects, and clients to meet project specifications.

• Monitor project timelines, quality, and costs.

• Provide regular updates and progress reports.

• Quickly identify and resolve any site issues or delays.

• Uphold the highest standards of work and quality control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience on CAT B commercial fit-out projects.

• Excellent leadership and coordination skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are essential.
