The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead refurbishment projects valued between £5 million and £8 million. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure the smooth progression of the project.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and direct staff, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

About You:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects of similar scale (£5 million to £8 million).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are essential.
