At Marshall Recruitment, we are continually seeking experienced, reliable Telescopic Forklift Operators / Drivers to join our trusted workforce across Cambridge, Peterborough, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, and Ipswich.

If you hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Telescopic Handler qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ on-site experience, we would like to hear from you.

We work with a wide range of established clients and consistently supply plant operators across a variety of projects, including large and small-scale refurbishments, new build developments, and works within the commercial, industrial, and domestic sectors.

Due to ongoing demand, we are always looking to connect with skilled, safety-conscious operators who take pride in their work and can represent Marshall Recruitment to a high standard on site.

You must be confident operating telescopic forklifts in a busy site environment, carrying out material movement, loading and unloading deliveries, and supporting general site operations as required.

We offer consistent, ongoing work with reputable contractors across the region, with weekly CIS payments.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid CPCS Card (A17/A77 or equivalent) or NPORS with CSCS logo
• Minimum 3 years’ telescopic forklift operating experience
• Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
• Experience working on construction sites (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
• Good communication skills with site supervisors and trades
