At Marshall Recruitment, we are currently seeking Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to join our growing network across Cambridge and Ipswich.

We work with established contractors across residential, commercial, refurbishment, and new build sectors, offering a steady pipeline of ongoing work.

You will be involved in assisting with cost management, valuations, subcontractor payments, variations, and supporting senior commercial staff across live projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–6 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience working within construction environments
• Understanding of cost control, valuations, and subcontract accounts
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational ability
• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)
