At Marshall Recruitment, we are currently seeking Junior Quantity Surveyors looking to build their career within the construction industry across Cambridge and Ipswich.

If you are newly qualified or have some initial industry experience and are keen to develop your commercial skills, we would like to hear from you.

We work with established contractors across residential, commercial, refurbishment, and new build projects, providing excellent exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying.

You will support senior and intermediate QS staff with day-to-day commercial tasks, including measurements, valuations, subcontractor documentation, and general project administration.

We offer ongoing opportunities with supportive teams and clear routes for progression.

Key Requirements:

• 0–3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (or working towards)
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of construction processes (preferred)
