About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring commercial projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of diverse and challenging developments across the county, playing a key role in the continued growth of a highly respected contractor.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Managing site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
• Driving projects to successful completion through proactive leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial sector
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and quality control
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites across Suffolk
