We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a 10-week temporary position on a high-quality office refurbishment project in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial interiors and refurbishment contractor with a strong reputation for delivering detailed, design-led projects across the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and deliveries on a live and active site.

• Oversee drylining, ceilings, and partitions installation as part of the refurbishment works.

• Maintain communication between the site team, project manager, and client representatives.

• Oversee quality and progress, ensuring project milestones are met.

• Enforce and maintain health and safety standards, including inductions and site checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or office refurbishment projects, including drylining, ceilings, and partitions.

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• Valid CSCS Supervisor card.

• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential).

• First Aid at Work qualification (preferred).

• Must be based within a 30–45 minute commute of Cambridge.
